Tunde Sodade

Dr Tunde Sodade is currently the Managing Director of Lekki Worldwide Investments Limited, the special purpose vehicle through which the Lagos State Government promotes, develops and manages the Lekki Free Trade Zone.

He has led several initiatives in the Public Private Partnership space assisting in the delivery of public infrastructure, utilities, industrial, commercial, residential, educational and sporting facilities.

His experience at home and abroad include managing Major Capital Projects for municipal and State Governments.

He was a consultant at Ernst & Young’s Major Capital Projects Advisory Services practice in Calgary, Alberta and has also taught at some leading institutions such as the Project Management Training Institute (Michigan, U.S.A), The University of Calgary, the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and Keyano College in Fort Mc Murray, Alberta.

In Nigeria, he has consulted for donor organisations like the British Department for International Development (DFID), the Nigeria Infrastructure Advisory Facility (NIAF), and state governments on the management and delivery of major capital projects.

He earned his B.Sc. (hons) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Lagos (1984), MBA from Cranfield University School of Management, UK (1996) and PhD from the Department of Civil Engineering, University of Calgary, Canada (2011).
