Narp 50plus Mortgage for retired people

FG has approved 0 % equity contribution for housing loans below N5m. Once you’re are 18years and above, working in public or private sector, you are qualified. Go and look for a PMI to secure the loan. It is your money & it is for a duration of at least 25yrs.

FG has also just approved the reduction in equity contribution for housing loans btw N6m & N15m from 20% to 10%.

Go get the loans and take the headache of accommodation and landlord wahala off your head.

You can show this post to your Bank Account Official, they will explain better in details…okay?

By the way PMI means Primary Mortgage Institute, here is a list of CBN approved PMIs.
