The Redwood trees are the largest in the forest. Although their roots do not grow deep; they endure earthquakes, massive windstorms, frigid blizzards and other natural disasters. The secret to their strength is the underground connections of the roots.
The roots reach outwards seeking the roots of other Redwood trees, intertwining to create a solid bond with each other in the forest capable of withstanding all forms of natural disasters.
